Training & Wellness

Build the Athlete. Protect the Athlete.

Jaylei’s training builds strength, speed, balance, control, and confidence while supporting recovery and long-term health.

The Pillars

How She Trains

01

Strength & Movement Training

Progressive, age-appropriate loading to build a durable base for two sports.

02

Plyometrics — Box Jump & Rebound

Depth drops, controlled landings, and rebounds that build explosive power and tendon stiffness.

03

Speed & Cutting Drills

Acceleration into sharp cuts, training change-of-direction control and deceleration.

04

Balance & Range of Motion

Single-leg control, hip mobility, and ankle stability through full range of motion.

05

Nutrition & Supplements

Fueling, hydration, and supplementation treated as part of the training plan.

06

Sleep & Recovery

Assessment

Athlete Assessment Journey

Our family completed a competitive-athlete movement assessment through Scottish Rite for Children and UT Southwestern to better understand Jaylei’s strengths and development priorities. We use that information with qualified professionals to guide age-appropriate strength, balance, landing, speed, and movement training.

Assessment scores, clinician notes, medical records, and private schedules are kept confidential and are not published on this website.
